Printer now working

I recently bought a Lexmark Z25 printer with USB connectivity. I installed my drivers and turned it on but it does not print. I am using it on WinXP. What am I doing wrong?

Is there an error that you are getting? Can you print out a WinXp test page?

just check out the adobe type manager also if that is installed on the system as that causes a lot of problems

did u install the drivers OK (in device mangler)? Try another USB port.

could be corrupt drivers perhaps?
try switching to another USB port

i had this printer for a while. then i gave it to my parents. I every so often had to delete it and reinstall it. When i say delete it i mean the printer icon in printers and faxes. Then add a new printer and it will detect it again. I have a lexmark x85 now and have had to do it once already.
