Default Price Drops, When?

I heard there were going to be price drops on current video cards since newer ones are coming. I keep hearing people talk about it but when?

- Geforce 6800

- NEC DVD+-RW Drive
- Windows XP Pro

i would say about the end of the summer.

AMD Athlon XP Barton 2800+
Gigabyte GA-7N400-L
ATI AIW Radeon 9700
Crucial 512 pc 3200
Maxtor 80 GB w/ 8meg cache
PD 4x Dual Format DVD burner
52x CD burner

Dual booted with WinXP Pro and Fedora Core 2

don't wait just so you can save a few measly pennies. the amount of waiting just for a small drop in price is not worth it. you can find many complete AMD XP computers for around $400-500, think about all of those games you could be playing over the summer....or you could wait til after the summer when there's no time to play and a ton of homework to catch up on
