Default prescott w/ mini-pc

I'm afraid I did something stupid. I bought the ICE-Cube Mini Barebones PC, a gig of ram a 160 gb hard drive, and a radeon 9600. Then i bought a 2.8 pentium with the prescott core. now it's already been shipped and one of my friends told me he was wondering heat issues with the prescott. so i did some research and found out abt the heat and power issues. the mini-pc is pretty small, and although it says it's compatible with any socket 478 pentium 4, i'm afraid the 220w power supply might suffer, and could heat be a problem? help!
