The BBA (Built-by-ATI) 9800 Pro is clocked at 380/680 for the core and memory, respectively.
PowerColor's card is clocked at 325/580 (the speed of a non-Pro 9800). The lower frequencies shouldn't be too much of a deterrent, but it can be solved with a little overclocking.
