Is 11.9 volts with the 12volt under Heavy Load acceptable? I purchased a multimeter and my power supply supplied 12 volts of power under regular use, but when I ran ALOT of benchmarks and stressed the CPU and ram to max, My 12 rail goes down to 11.9. Is this seriously undervolting, or can it be tolerated to an extent? Thanks.

11.9V is okay. it means your PSU is not the best, but it'll do. just as long as it doesn't jump around or go below about 11.5V
So I take it that it doesn't damage the hardware? I heard undervolting can seriously damage it.
Edit: Looks like i'll be buying a 520 watt powerstream. I don't want to risk my hardware, even if there is a slight chance, and also I want adjustable rails so i can do the 3.3 volt mod with the DFI. I guess Ill be using my other power supply for a non dual core system.
