Power Supply Problems

I dusted it yesterday pretty thouroughly, didnt take out parts or anything, but got what I could see. I did the memory thing and am seeing if it is going to turn off (I am not on it currently, on another computer). I hope I find a solution soon!
 
forgot to add this

To get the computer back on I have to unplug the cord from the power supply, flip the switch off, then plug it back in and flip it on, then it will come on. But it will not come on past a few seconds, it turns on and starts to start up then shuts off. But aftr about 15 min I do it and it works, I would like to think htis is the PSU because I have to unplug and plug in the cord.
