power supply problems

i bought a new power supply today, 350 watt to replace my 250, and i plugged it up and everything. the problem is, i turn it on, the fans start and everything, but my monitor doesn't come up. my monitor, my mouse, and my keyboard all aren't coming on. i don't know what the problem could be, ideas?

try the old SMPS for display.

First thing would be to check and make sure that you didn't knock anything loose when you changed out the supply.
If all is in order, put your old PS back in and see if that fixes it.
Seems that there's plenty of new, defective hardware out there.
Do you get any post beeps?
