Default Power Supply for new PC

Hey guys, I'm beginning to get parts together for my first build. I think I'm going with an Antec case, but I'm not sure what wattage the power supply should be rated. Would 400W be enough? Here are the parts I'll be using.

-ASUS P4P800 Deluxe
-Intel P4 3.0C 800fsb
-Kingston ValueRAM DDR400 PC-3200 (2x512)
-WD 120GB HDD 7200RPM 8MB
-DVD-ROM Drive
-CD-RW Drive
-Floppy Drive
-Video card to be determined (not gamer but will use for TV)
-LeadTek Expert TV Tuner Card
-Integrated sound or a Creative Labs card I have in my current PC for now
-Antec case
-Fan and heatsink setup to be determined

Thanks for any suggestions!
