Power Supply Cooling?

Heat rises, and your PSU is right above your CPU.

Yep. Some power supplies will absolutely heat up the ambient air outside the case. I know this for a fact because i've moved my PC from my gaming room... Which at this point is un-airconditioned to a room tha does have AC. Summer/noAC/PSU heater... bad combo... But, in the winter time... it's fantastic.

Water cooled PSU...that better be foolproof. If one drop leaks...
