Default Which Power Supply?

i have just discovered that i have maxed out my 300w psu and require a new one, i want something over 400w with more than one fan. I have some links below, i live in the UK so i appreciate that you will not be able to comment on price, but all comments and recommendations are welcome. Thanks

i like this one and its quite cheap, but the customer comments talk about it clicking when changing speeds.

similar to the one above, also contains comments about the clicking noise.

these are some of the other psu's on offer, please recommend one to me that is quiet and suitable, as i need to get one soon, my 300w is really overheating

He's in the UK... I doubt he'll wanna ship from the US.

I use a 470W Enermax "Noisetaker" series and absolutely LOVE it. Quiet as heck, controllable fans and the fans stay on low for 2 minutes after power down to cool the components and remove warm air from the PC.
