Default Power supplies

When it comes to computers and power supplies, what do you have to know about them. Especially, if your trying to become certified. I appreciate any help.

TIA

Unless it's your own, or you have public liability insurance, do not open them up for any reason.
It's not the risk of voiding a warranty that you have to worry about there.

For the price that a PSU is now days, I just replace them with my clients. It's not worth the risk. And my public liability insurance is high enough as is.
