Default Which power leads??

Hi,
I am unsure of what to buy... I need a power converter cable that turns a 3 pin power source (from fan controller) into a 4 pin power source (to 120mm fans).

This?: http://www.xoxide.com/4to3.html

Or this?:http://www.xoxide.com/3to4pinadaptor.html

Thanks,

Yan Booth

The second one I think, 3 to 4 pin.

That is the same thing about the second...
"The 3-to-4-Pin Power Adapter lets you connect a 3-pin fan to a 4-pin Molex connector from your power supply."

That sounds like it is the opposite, or is it just me?
