Default Gigabyte GA-8N-SLI-Quad Royal: four graphic GPU

which one is better? nVidia SLI or ATI CrossFire
They are nothing compare to this one.

if crossfire ever comes out and is as good as advertised i think it will be better in that you won't have to have identical cards. why not 8 or 16 or 32 gpus???

Yeah but doesnt crossfire just set the better card down to the lower card so they work the same?

That's a bit overboard. Quad GFX Cards? I'd rather have Dual Core CPU, (2) Video cards, (1) PPU and X-FI.

The maker of this board needs to be shot and hung.

The SLI person just needs to be egged, but 2 graphics cards is enough. In fact it's overkill.

it's one of those few and far between moments where we agree.

I don't even want to think of the ridiculous PSU needed to power something like that, not to mention what about the sli bridges

How does that work?

(2) GFX cards work together as (1) - The other (2) work together as (1)
Then the (1) & (1) are interweaved?
