Default Post-Windows XP Loading Blue Screen!

When I turn my FSB frequency up to 200 mhz to run my processor at its full settings, after windows xp goes through the loading screen, i get a blue screen which states: A Problem has been detected and windows has shut down to prevent damage. A process or thread crucial to system operation has unexpectedly exited or terminated. It also says on the bottom something about memory dumping. Anyone know how to fix this? i can run my fsb up to 166 without getting this screen.

Turn your multiplier down and see if it does the same thing.
