Possible to combine an IED drive with Serial ATA/150 drive?

I have an ASUS A7N8X-Deluxe motherboard with 2 Serial ATA/150 ports. I'm already using just a regular 80 gig IDE hard drive. I just bought a Maxtor 200 GB Serial ATA/150 hard drive. I was wondering if its possible to use both hard drives on my motherboard (combined). Any help would be greatly appreciated

Yes its possible, just plug em in and they sould work.

Sometimes you have to go into the BIOS and into the onboard controllers section. There should be three choices: IDE Only, SATA only, Mixed Mode. You want mixed mode.
