Plz help me with my pos video card

OK i have a problem (no its not my spelling this time i kno it sux) I really like to play Halo and Halo ce also i do a little CAD too but my pos NVIDIA Geforce mx 440 isnt cutting it (Heres i pic of wut i must endure)

see what i mean. my friend said that the SAPPHIRE RADEON 9800 http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=14-102-382&depa=0 is pretty good and is in my price range but that was b4 i told him i got CAD. So im wonder if this is still a good chose any feed back ill appreicate or something like that

the Radeon 9200 just won't cut it for Halo

I would see if I can get a Gefore 6600 in AGP, they are very good cards for the money
