Yes, cleaning it is cheaper and better than protecting it.

Umm... How big is the screen? Sheet protectors might work. The best way is just to buy a LCD screen cleaning solution and leave the screen alone.

Let me guess. To all those who are replying, you are either 20 years old or younger with no kids or nieces or nephews who are toddlers, right? You'll learn when you get to your mid to late 20's that kids touch everything you tell them not to.

i have a younger sister and many cousins that are over a lot and they touch everything, my monitor included and i still find it easy to just wipe it down. Like come on, putting a piece of Plexiglas on it?
