Please,PSU Issue-Booting

Hi there!

i have this problem, i had an old psu of 300 w that i changed because it gave me bsod´s and windows xp not loading fully.
i got a new psu of 420W, thermaltake (the old was bad brand)
and during aweek n a half ok , Fixed tha issue of bsods and loading winxp!!
but now, again, i switch on tha pc and win xp stays on black screen not loading windows fully. and a bsod appeard also!
what the hell is that meaning?
i dont understand
please can u help me solve this??

im not totaly shur what BSOD means, but i think i know.

that screen with the....... Stop error: 0x00000000 0xbalbablablabl etc. right?

if so, what usually gives me a clue is copying down the stop error and googling it, usually tells u what the code is refering to.
