run it out of the case then. see if its grounding out on the case or something.

does it happen on a cold startup? and does it happen wen u restart?

can u remember the bsod message? if u cant o well, ur problem is infact a dead processor....see if u can get a warranty replacement.

EDIT: almost forgot, are any of the caps on the mobo startin to go bad?(bubbilin up)
