Post Please Help Me

Hello everyone,
as my name says im retarted when it comes to computers.

You know when you go into a security webiste or msn you get a scroll list of previous users that have signed in or logged into on your computer (scroll down bar). How do you get rid of all that previous history in Windows Explorer and OLD msn messanger. (i know the NEW msn can get rid of it by 'forget me')

if you could help me i would much apprecite it

thanks
computer retard
