Oh sorry..... can you tell I'm new at this. I have a dell 2400 is that it, if not how can I get that info?

go to dell and enter your product number on the download page it will list all the drivers for your system. Are you sure you installed all the dell cd's?

It should be this one

But to be sure go to this link and enter your service tag number (on a sticker on the back) and it will tell you for sure
