Default Please Help computer keeps crashing

Hi for some reason my computer keeps crashing after like 4 or 5 minutes after going online. I did a virus scan (norton) and it did'nt find anything. Also when I restart my computer it sometimes freezes too. Can someone please help. Will reformatting fix this problem?

post a hijackthis log

Download HijackThis here: http://www.majorgeeks.com/download3155.html

Scan and save a logfile, and then paste it.

I scanned my computer with hijack this and got 1 nasty so I removed it and scanned it again and everything is SAFE with the exceptions of a couple of UNKNOWN. The thing is now I'm getting pop up warnings that the computer has a virus Trojan.muvipaz that norton cannot remove. I already tried also to liveupdate but the computer freezes and is also still crashing. Someone Please Help!

run spybot S & D , and adaware se. You are infected. To answer your question, yes formatting will fix this, and you may have to do it anyways so go ahead and do it!
