Those are just the processes running under your username. To see everything that's running, you need to click on the button labeled "Show processes from all users".

Most of the stuff there looks fine, you'd need to do what DoubleHelix above says though for us to get a proper look.

Btw, you might want to go to Run -> msconfig to stop Google Toolbar Notifier from running. I always found it very annoying.
