lol no its not. Intel is generally better for multitasking, while AMD simply pwns at games. Thats y i built u an AMD one. my 3200 winchester is supposedly equivalent to a p4 3.2ghz, but i pwnz the 3.8ghz at a fraction of the price. AMD is MUCH better.

U can do nemisis, it doesnt really matter. the configs are identical
