whats the difference and which is better?

the m is mobile. It uses less power for longer battery life
pentium 4 is more powerful, pentium m lasts longer on battery

oh ok wat about athlon 64 processers
wats the difference between them and intel inside???

64bit are intel's newest processors that support 64bit applications and operating systems (about time intel)

Intel Inside is an Intel marketing thing, and means it's an intel processor.

how does amd compare to intel though
wat is 3000+ in ghz
3200+ in ghz
and 3400 +in ghz???

The AMD chips will have a lower MHZ/GHZ compared to intel, but they outbeat intel CPU's most of the time...
