okay i know this a stupid question but why is a PCIe video card better than a agp video card?
any links you have would be greatly appreciated

They are not better. Not yet. It will take another few months before they get better. Right now the Nvidia 6800's (AGP) are the best.

PCI-E supports about twice as much bandwidth, that's why future cards for PCI-E will be way faster than AGP cards.

I think that AGP video cards are better. For more information about AGP vs. PCI video cards, search TF for more results.
