Default Pci-x question....

This article:

http://www.lsilogic.com/technologies...echnology.html

Makes it sound like PCI-X, not pci express or pci-e, can go into a PCI slot. So, and i am not too sure of this, could that mean if i find a pci-x graphics card, i could put it into my pci slot on my computer and get a boost in performance?

PCI-X is a 64 bit server only card slot that is backwards compatable with PCI, you will not find a PCI-X graphics card

PCI-X is used for gigabit network card's

that may be true but that would only be a tempory solution for gaming, since pci doesnt have even close to the same bus speed as pcie or even agp 8x for that matter.
