do you guys think AMD mobos will get pci-x slots, or is that strictly an intel thing?

also, when should the currect athlon 64s drop down in prices? the socket 939ers (3500+, 3800+, fx-53)

actuallt it's PCI-E or PCI-Express

PCI-X is a 64-bit slot they use in the G5's

well after soo long everything will be 64 bit... so im guessin that AMD will have 64 bit MoBo.. as will everything

it'll advance to 128bit when video game consoles go to 256bit . . .

theyre always a step ahead

i remember there was a huge deal when nintendo had 64bit console (N64, duh!)

now gamecube is 128
