Default PCI Video Card

What is the best PCI video card i can get. It has to be PCI and can not be PCI Express or AGP because my computer doesn't have slots for those. So please tell me what the best PCI video card is and where i can get it. Thank You.

Probly a Radeon 9200se, or a Geforce TI 4200. If you buy a pci card any better than that, its a waste of money because pci is so slow. What system is it going into?

pci is much slower than agp.

PCI 2.2 = 133mb/sec - This is the one Andy wants a grapics card for.
AGP 1.0 = 266mb/sec
AGP 2x = 533 mb/sec
AGP 4x = 1.06gb/sec
AGP 8x = 2.1 gb/sec

I really dont mind spending the money because they are all around $80-$150 and I have read some good things about the one I posted. I was just seeing if their were any better ones.
