Question PCI slot cooler system thing? (For Vid Card)

I don't know it's exact name but I've heard that it is a PCI card that cools down your graphics card or something like that. Can some one give me a link to the product and also what is the name of this piece of hardware?

They are called PCI Coolers, but usually they are meant for PCI devices, and increasing airflow. You could use it on your video card - but it wouldn't be to effecient.
