PCI to IDE

I have Intel D915PCY with 4SATA interfaces (2 are connected to 2 Hard Drives).

1 IDE connected to my DVD Drive and another Hard Drive.

what is the Best way to add my old (no SATA) Hard Drive and DVD-ROM?

I have one PCI and to 2SATA interfaces available.

I see there is PCI to IDE converters, also SATA to IDE converter.

I also heard of USB to IDE ( not my best choice though, since all of my USB's are in use.)

any info is appreciated.

ok well i think u would be better off getting ide to sata connectors so then u dont have to through in some foreign stuff and possibly cause conflicts
