I had 17" LCD monitor running at 75mhz is good for my eyes?
Isn't LCD better for your eyes than CRT ?

I look a lot at the CRT, is wa im saying. Its my sever pc, and most of ym programming is done on it. Other is BEAST PC, witht he lcd. which is for gaming and stuff

i think if gaming then no problem with the eyes (esp if ur playing doom3 ) well not always
coding eye strain+headache (coz too much white + small fonts + when concentrating one forgets how close she's to the screen )

helpful solutions

get an anti glare screen
get a pair of glasses (powerless or as per your power rating) only to be used during computing.

quick sol :
reduce the brightness of the monitor so that u don't feel its glaring ( caution : do not reduce brightness / contrast too much so that u find urself making extra effort to read what's on screen, its even worse)

lcd not used much --> no comments
