Question PC monitor

What is a good response time for a monitor, that is used for gaming?

I was looking at a few monitors to hook up to my xbox 360.

I saw one that had a response time of 5. Is that any good?

What size and make do you recommend?

(I have about £250)

Are you talking about an LCD TV or LCD Monitor?
