I'm getting the Red Light on my printer indicating a paper jam, also verified by Samsung's Dr. Printer program.
However I don't see where the jam is. I checked behind the toner cartridge and where the paper comes out and see no paper. I thought I cleared the jam already.
Any ideas?
Update: Fixed I removed the non service top cover and found a tiny scrap behind a vertical rail inside the printer. Couldn't see it until the cover was removed.
