Default Paper Jam on HP DeskJet 3550

Tryied doing a colour print job tonight. And my HP 3550 deside to have a paper jam.

I have pull the paper out, but a section has ripped, and is stuck in there.

How does one clear thsi paper jam with out voiding a warranty????

i would open the top up - im not sure what your printer looks like but im sure you will not void the warranty by lifting the hood and unclearing a paper jam.

Fixed it.

I look on the back, and found the rear access.

You really need to know what you are looking for with this thing.

If I was a typical end user, I think I would on have NFI on what I was suppose to do in order to fix that problem.
