Default Packard bell Z1

i got a Z1 my dads boss threw it out. i need help files. what kind of PSU does it got. how do i open it. :=/

Err...sry for the newbie question, but what's a Z1? and why do you need help files?

Good luck trying to find a PSU for that thing. It would cost you more money to put a new PSU, then it is really worth!

well i got it for free ill just keep it. never know when a PSU will turn up cheap

Go to if you want support. I'm afraid it is about the only option you have except for some really, really old sites that haven't been updated in four years or so.

There is a support forum as well, with a guy or two who can actually answer the tough questions.

There are a section for drivers that includes downloadable manuals, BIOS, a System Configuration Lookup, upgrade options, and more.

The site requires you to sign up for at least the free stuff, which is about everything except phone support and direct email.

They also link to a shopping area that stocks actual replacement parts.
