whats the difference between willanette abd northwood p4 processors?

The willamette proccessor has only 256 KB of L2 cache and always has a 400 MHZ FSB and a .18 micron Process. Where as the northwood has several different models NorthwoodA 512 KB L2 cache 400 MHZ FSB and .13 Micron process, NorthwoodB 533 MHz FSB 512 KB L2 cache and .13 Micron Process plus the 3.06 GHZ northwoodB that adds on hyperthrading but still has a 533 FSB, and the Northwood C which has an 800 MHz FSB 512 KB L2 cache, Hyperthreading and a .13 Micron process.
