Default p3 1.1 or celeron 1.4

I'm upgrading my cpu. The best my mobo can do is a pentium 3 1.1ghz or a Celeron 1.4ghz. I'm probably not going to overclock, as I won't take the time learn how.

I use photoshop and some macromedia programs, and I play a few games. Nothing major.

Which will I appreciate more the p3 1.1 or celeron 1.4?
