Default Overclocking Corsair XMS Ram

So the stock latency settings on my Corsair ram ( http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproduc...145-420&DEPA=0 ) is 2-3-3-6 supposedly, well according to new egg, but why am I only seeing this in CPU-Z? How do I get it to proper speeds? The only settings I have in the bios for ram is voltage and latency, which can only be changed from 2.5 to 2, and also 1T to 2T.
