"out of range 35.5Khz/86Hz" video problem

I tried loading a game onto my computer and when I did it gave me an error message about the video card. I then tried to download a driver for my SiS651 and when I did, the screen turned large and fuzzy, I then tried to uninstall it to return back to normal and when I restarted my computer all it says is "out of range 35.5Khz/86Hz" Please help!

turn down the resolution or refresh rate

Hmmmmm................... right click on your desktop, go to properties. Then, click on the settings tab and click the advanced button on the bottom. Click on the monitor tab, then reduce the refresh rate to 60 hertz. If that doesn't work I'm sOrry
