What the heck are you talking about? Optimum Voice is a phone service from Cablevision. Free Long Distance any where in the USA, CANADA & Puerto Rico. for $29.99 a month. It's based on VOIP broadband technology. (Voice Over Internet Protocol). This service is provided through a VOIP CABLE MODEM. The best one available is the Motorola Surfboard SBV5120 VoIP.

It's a very fast modem, if, optimum online is fast in your local area.
I get roughly 4000kbps download & 900kbps upload, with that modem and optimum online. Technically speaking i have a good solid T1 connection. ( NO TWEAKING )
