i have a PCCHIPS M947 mobo and an Intel Celeron D 2.8GHz proc...512mb ram and a annoying video issue...the onboard video doesnt start up and the monitor wont turn on....on my other monitor the little power button thing will flicker once and then stay off while my computer(running bareboned right now) wont display. Ive tried putting in another vid card a Nvidia GeForce 4 64mb and no luck......

Is everything seated soundly in your computer (e.g. RAM, cards, etc...) Make sure cuz this can cause video problems. Do you get any Beeps on bootup?
Sounds like the problem could be your motherboard. :-(

I think it is the mobo because everything is seated correctly and there are no beeps...so I think i'll just return the motherboard and the processor

PC CHIPS is the worst MOBO on the planet.

I just bought a PC CHIPS M957G uATX MOBO for a clients computer and the damn thing was Dead on Arrival.

Their Tech support is horrible and so is their website.
Manual leaves much to be desired also.

Avoid PC chips at all costs....
