oh i get it, you cant see to change the clock settings. i don know if you can change which card you change the frequencies for. i think you can only do it with the card ur actually using

are you even sure it is because of overheating? open the case while it is doing the artfact buisness, and put ur hand NEAR the heatsink. i may not be overheating, it may just be broken. cards should always be able to run stock frequencies on stock cooling

Im think somethings wrong with the card, is there anyway to "clear cmos" but for the GPU? A friend said it could be a corrupt BIOS.
