old pc!!!

hey u guys i have an old pc pentium 4 and the thing is i would like to know how do you put in those little wires into the mother board i dont have the manual or nething but its those wired that are like the hdd led and the restart ones and so on.. secondly when i poer on the pc i dont get ne power at all i was wondering if its the cable or the power supply because when i poer it on the fan doesnt even spin in the power supply.. plz help

have you checked that your power supply works. did you get the red light when you turn on the computer.

well, if you don't have your motherboard hooked up, that might be the cause of nothing powering up when you attempt to turn it on.

the mother board is hooked up everything is allright except the part with the reset button and the hdd led light and the power on light i cant remember in what order they are to be plugged in back and im afraid to damage nething.. thanx for the replies

What type of MOBO is it? What brand and model #. All you have to do it google a manual for it. I'm sure you can find it.
