ok.. question on frequency.

Ok, well i dunno if monitor considered hardwre and all that, but i was over my friends house tonight and he was trying to turn his computer on, but the monitor kept saying that he had used all his frequency and so the computer would just go into powersave mode, and i have no idea what to do with it, so if you can get back to me on what exactly the frequency is, and is it fixable or does it mean monitor crapped out..

Sounds like the graphics card isnt communicating with monitor...hmm what is the EXACT message it gives you?

uhh.. it gave a message of hc and jc.. and one said like 30 and the other said 50.. something like that..

i dont remember it offhand..
