It slows your ram down from your bus speed e.g. 1:1 will be 200mhz and 5:4 will be the one you are on. Or it will be done cpu/11 will be what I am on, yours will be cpu/15 or 14.5 or along those lines.
Btw. I have 1.5gb's at 166 apposed to the 1gb at the full 200, and I am happy to lose it.
