Off Mode In 5 Sec.

My computer randomly goes to a blue screen with the message "off mode in 5 sec." There is no indication of voltage or temperature problems with the CPU or motherboard. I have upgraded the power supply to an Enermax 465 Watt and turned off all power management features that I can think of. System info is as follows: P4 2.8, Asus P4P800 Deluxe, 1 Gig ram, ATI Radeon 9700 Pro, Audigy 2, Viewsonic G90f monitor and Win XP home edition. I have updated drivers and checked for viruses. The keyboard and mouse fail to bring the system back to life and I have to use the reset button to start the computer again. This is drivng me crazy. Any suggestions??

Have you tried going into this (see image) and setting everything to "never"? Also try reinstalling or updating your video card drivers. These articles are related to your problem:
