Odd FSB problem

Hey people.

I've got a strange dilema involving the clock speed of my FSB. My processor is an Athlon XP 1600+, and my motherboard can handle the 133MHz FSB speeds. In the BIOS, it tells me that it's set to 133, which is what i want. But when i check the speed in any other programs (3DMark, Belarc Advisor, etc...), it tells me that it's running at 66MHz! Anybody know what could be going wrong with this?

thanks for any tips on fixing it!

no need to check the bios again, i never modified the settings, they were at 133/133 when i first looked. i'll look into the resetting the CMOS, but i'm not sure it's necessary since the BIOS is already convinced it's running at 133.
everywhere else the CPU shows up as the right model and speed, so i'm not sure why certain programs are showing 66.
My mobo model number is ECS M830LR.

i'm not really going to risk Flashing the bios, my system runs fast enough and has no real problems. don't wanna be that unlucky person that gets screwed by the flash.
