Default obscure adapters, looking to use PCI card on my laptop

Hi, I've got a little box that lets me plug my old desktop harddrive into the laptop via USB.

My question: is there anything out there so that I can use my PCI soundcard through my notebook, either by USB, firewire, or PCMCIA?

eheh, i doubt it, i've never even heard of a box that lets you use non-external harddrives thru USB, i could be wrong, but i would just buy a regular external sound card, prolly about the same price as special hardware ($85 for NX2 below) and far better
