Default Nvidia like ATI All-In-Wonder

Is there an Nvidia card out there that has a TV tuner like the ATI All-In-Wonder cards do?

I've done a little bit of research and have found cards with TV out.

A friend asked me to build him a multimedia PC, and I was trying to find some options for the graphics card, other than having a TV capture card. He would prefer one card so that only one slot is tied up, rather than a slot for the graphics card and another for the capture card.

Peformance will be significantly better if the 2 functions are separated. Tell him to deal with 2 cards.
